The personal information collected through this form will be used in scheduling you as a speaker before the Edmonton Police Commission. This collection is authorized by section 4(c) of the Protection of Privacy Act. Public meetings of the Commission, including presentations made by speakers, are live streamed to the general public and recorded. Recordings of meetings are retained for two years. Members of the public may make a presentation to the Commission during the Public Input Item of the Public Meeting agenda. Speakers must register in advance no later than noon on the business day before the next Commission meeting. Topics are limited to items listed on the current or most recent public meeting agenda. In-person meetings are held in the River Valley Room at City Hall which has a maximum room capacity of 90 persons. Public speakers can choose whether to attend a meeting in person or virtually. All virtual attendees must have their web cameras turned on to speak to the Commission.
